2025 Fees: Village residents/tax payers – Free* Yates County residents - $45.00 Non-Yates County residents - $75.00 Boat trailer annual parking permits are available by submitting a completed application with cash, check or money order made payable to Village of Penn Yan, PO Box 426, 111 Elm Street, Penn Yan, NY 14527. A receipt and sticker to place on trailer permitting parking will be mailed in return. |

Village residents/tax payers – Free*
Non-Village residents - $15.00 per day
A pay station is available in the parking lot which accepts credit and debit cards only. The ticket must be displayed on the dash of vehicle.
No overnight parking is permitted at the Boat Launch.
