Bob Hoban is retired, married with 4 children and four grandchildren.

Bob worked as a civil engineer, as a senior project manager for MRB group for 31 years. He worked on various projects including Highways, bridges, correctional facilities, courthouse and office buildings. Projects were located in 30 upstate counties, ranging in project value from 5 million – 60 million.

Bob was elected to the Village Board in 2006. Bob is the Chair for Planning & Development and a member of the Personnel and Public Works Committees. Has been the Chair or member of the PY Municipal Board for 8 years. Bob has been a Yates County Legislator for 2 years, President of Lakeside County Club, Exalted Ruler in the Elks Club, and on the Board with Yates County Chamber of Commerce.

He enjoys government, sporting events, plays and traveling.
