Michael D’Abbracci is a long time resident of Penn Yan. He graduated from Penn Yan Academy and earned an Associates Degree in 1999 from Finger Lakes Community College. Michael attended Keuka College and in 2002 graduated with a degree in Political Science and History. He works for Keuka Appraisal Service as a Real Estate Appraiser. Michael and his wife Stephanie are expecting their first child in August 2008.

Michael was appointed in 2007 for a one-year term and re-elected in March 2008 for a four-year term. Mike is the Chair for Parks & Recreation and serves on the Public Safety and Planning and Development Committees.
